Bridges Behavioral Language Systems, Inc. has openings for entry level and experienced therapists to work with young children with autism. These are career track positions. We provide our clients with individuals who are dedicated, dependable, committed, have high energy, a sharp mind, and a willingness to learn. Our therapists work one on one in both home and school settings following an individualized program created specifically to meet each child’s individual needs.

• Comprehensive and ongoing training for each individual client, paid at the rate of hire.
• Continuous guidance and supervision are provided along with paid weekly discussions involving all members of a client’s team, including parents and consulting supervisors.

• Must be at least a high school graduate. Some positions require at least 48 college units.
• Must be able to provide negative TB test results.
• Must clear a fingerprint/background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
